Very courteous and professional when answering questions and giving information over the phone concerning the services they offer, pricing, estimated time to perform services, etc. They gave an additional personal touch by putting bandanas on both our dogs...unexpected and very cute! I'll definitely be back to utilize their services! Pricing was very reasonable and affordable, they also show in their interactions with pets they truly love animals!
After we moved from Alexander City to Lincoln over a year ago, I was concerned about finding a groomer as good as the one we had.
Well, needless to say, Groomingdales is even better! Diana and her staff are wonderful. Our Sadie is never nervous to go which is a great sign.
I highly recommend Groomingdales to everyone and their fur babies!!! The BEST!
UPDATE (9/16/23) - Cato went for his 4th visit to Groomingdales. I can not even tell you how awesome this place is. Some places are great when you first go, then go downhill after that. Not Groomingdales in Lincoln. They are so good with Cato and he is always happy and spunky when I pick him up. And he ALWAYS looks spectacular. Thank goodness I found this place 💜💜💜
January, 2023 - I took Cato to Groomingdales for the first time today. He looked AMAZING. Cato is blind so I worry about leaving him with strangers. They made me feel at ease and Cato was a happy little camper, all frisky, when they were done. He will be a regular now.
