He was very professional. He came in, spoke briefly with me, then went to work. He told me how long I need to wait to walk on carpet, took payment, and left, letting me know to call Stanley Steemer if I needed further services…a very pleasant experience.

Bobby did an excellent job!! My carpet looks great!! My brother-in-law recommended him, and if you got his approval, it meant you did a good job. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned. Of course, I will call him next time my carpet needs cleaning.

Bobby did an outstanding job when visiting our home, went above and beyond to take care of our carpet cleaning needs, and even though we were the last stop of what I am sure was a long Monday, he had an exceptional attitude and paid great attention to detail.
