Josh Blackmon went above and beyond his duties yesterday! Upon arrival and doing the termite inspection, he noticed I had a busted pipe under my home. He recorded the leak, cut off my water and called to inform me. Being a single mom and not really knowing what to do he also told me who could fix and even went back under home to check it was cut off afterwards. Definitely great customer service, never been more thankful for a scheduled inspection!!

Chris has been my service technician for years and he is always very attentive to potential issues, asks questions about the previous month and is very responsive for emergent situations like when I had hornets - to which I am highly allergic. He came out and treated the same day I called - going out of his way to take care of it!
