PowerDown Diesel Performance

Broke down coming into Birmingham on the interstate. Chris was able to diagnose my issue over the phone!!! Got us going in a couple hours!! Note: if you have a 7.3 or a 6.0 during regular maintenance you might want to replace the foot on the fuel pickup tube. Apparently this an issue with these models and you can run out of fuel with 1/4 tank still left. Can’t thank these guys enough!!!! Thanks to Chris at PowerDown Diesel!!!

I had to replace the South Bend Clutch in my 2007 Ram 3500 after 13 or 14 years and 100,000 miles due to a nosing throughout bearing. PowerDown is a South Bend recommended installer. I reached out to Chris and the ordered the clutch and got me taken care of quickly. These guys did a great job on my truck and it's read for the next couple hundred thousand miles. Would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my truck misfiring and a emissions code on the dash while I was traveling from out of state for the race at Talladega. The dealer was no help when I called them but PowerDown got me in immediately and diagnosed the issue and fixed my truck on the spot and got me back on the road within three hours of calling them. I would highly recommend them for any diesel truck issues or upgrades.
