I called Polar Bear Services to have a dryer vent installed in my basement. John showed up punctually within the time window as I was told. He evaluated the job and gave me a very reasonable quote for doing it. The company worked with me to come on a day when I was going to be off work and again, John arrived within the time window and installed the dryer vent. Our installer from Polar Bear was Alex. We purchased a Trane Heat Pump system from Polar Bear. Alex arrived early (7:30am) and worked past 6pm. He is a hard worker. If you should decide on purchasing a system from Polar Bear you want to ask for Alex as your installer. He is a good honest person. Thanks to Alex we are truly chilling out.
