“My daughter wanted a last minute trim and hair styling. I was busy, so I let her try to find what she wanted and try to work around my work and holiday cooking schedule. We ended up at Posh. The owner, Dani is wonderful. I enjoyed chatting with her. Ultimately, my young daughter learned a few life lessons about communicating expectations and add-on costs. She was upset when we left. I was already behind, so we couldn't go back in. After discussing her wants and not explaining with a picture and words, I went back to let Dani know. There had been a difference of communication in what styling was and also cutting off what she had told the stylist verses what she needed trimmed. Dani was understanding and she had us come back to get a little more trimmed. Ultimately, my daughter learned a few lessons on communicating and Dani was humble and gracious about correcting my daughter's lapse in communication from the beginning. Fabulous customer service!“
