Their office is so nice and clean, and their front desk staff are very kind, polite, and helpful. Hygienists Amber and Brandi (Brandy?) are superb, and their bedside manner matches that of Dr. Bruce Evans. He was so down to earth, compassionate, and calming, and he actually took the time to listen to my concerns and put me at ease. Over the past two decades, I've used IV sedation for any work needed because I've been so terrified and untrusting. After a consultation with Dr. Evans, I was so at ease, I did not need the IV sedation. Instead, I opted for the oral sedation, and everything went extremely well. I cannot recommend Shoal Creek Dental highly enough. I would not waste my time going anywhere else. These people are on their game, there's never much of a wait, they're efficient and kind, and they work WITH you, not against you. There is no better dentist and staff in North Alabama.“
