My wife and I were in dire straights when our Septic System starting backing up during the late evening. After trying multiple companies, none of which could get to us same day, I found and called Arnett Environmental in Chelsea AL and was told they could squeeze me in sometime during the day. 10 minutes after hanging up, I got a call telling me they were on their way. So literally within one hour the arrived and cleaned out the tank and the price was very reasonable. The people were friendly, the left our yard in a clean condition. Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. The establishment has a welcoming air and I never have any issues with my cuts. Wonderful place and highly recommend!
