My septic pump unexpectedly went out. I needed some help as my system was starting to back up. My neighbors had used Arnett so I decided to give them a call. I called and someone immediately picked up. He told me someone would call me back within 30 minutes and they did. Luke let me know he'd be out in the next 30 minutes, which was awesome.
He came out, was extremely polite, answered all my questions, showed me several things, discussed pricing in depth, and fixed my issue.
It is really hard to find customer service like that these days. If you are having any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to these guys. I know if I need anything septic related, these guys will be my first call.
