I called as instructed before we entered and a very friendly staffer greeted us and checked our temperatures. From that point on, we were totally ignored. I perused frames while one staffer was busy helping another customer. Three more were at the front desk and never followed up with me. Once I picked out frames (with no assistance at all) I sat down thinking this staffer with the customer would assist me when she was finished. Nope, she got up, walked right past me and went to the back. We try to shop businesses in Jasper but honestly, some businesses make that very difficult to do.

Truly the best of the best! Every single person here is incredible, from the ladies at the front desk to the doctors, you could not ask for more caring, understanding, and amazing people!

Super sweet and helpful staff. They do require you to call before entering the building to ensure that the patients have enough room to stay 6 feet apart and they will call you once there is availability in the lobby. Every seat and piece of equipment was cleaned after use. Dr. Williams was very helpful and attentive to questions or concerns that I had. She took the time to explain different products and their benefits. Strongly recommend if you are searching for an optometrist who is knowledgeable and accommodating.
