I've used ExperCARE, formerly known as Northwest Urgent Urgent Care, and I already knew the majority of the staff. They have new staff, from front desk to nurses, but as usual the care was above and beyond excellent. Of course I will be visiting them again because I know they have all of my records from past visits but yet still take time to ask about med changes. There's hardly ever a terribly long wait and even if there is, you're not in there for hours. I believe the longest I've ever ever waited was around the one hour mark, around 3p, during flu season, after school hours, LOTS of sick kiddos. I got checked in and within 15 minutes I was called back. They took my vitals and placed me in a room. My PA came in within 5 minutes, answered all my questions and I never felt rushed!
This was the first time to visit this office everyone was so kind and took the time to listen what my medical diagnosis are that I deal with daily
The NP did labs which was very helpful. She explained I needed to contact my other physician and let them know about my labs. I suffer will SLE and a few other problem. I was in an out in an hour
