My girlfriend normally decides out of the blue to get her haircut and when she does she has her mind set that she has to get it done then. When she called 2 see if she could get her haircut without an appointment they welcomed her without a problem even though the girl was about to leave. she made sure my girlfriend was happy with her hair, she took her time and reassured her she would do anything she wanted differently if she wasn't pleased. You could really tell she cared about what she was doing and she did a great job.

I'm normally a spur-of-the-moment type when it comes to getting my hair cut. Which isn't a good thing when you're as particular as I am about my hair. I've always been hesitant when it comes to getting my hair cut by young stylists.---HOWEVER---

Today was my first visit. Felt very comfortable and at home. She did an excellent job. Very sweet girl. Can't wait to see what hair color we can come up with next. Thanks kotie for a great day.
