Dr’s, PA’s, nurses are fantastic but new answering service is garbage. Since the transition to Brookwood Baptist as their first line answering service I cannot get ahold of anyone at the clinic. You’ve added another layer of inconvenience to an already difficult clinic to get ahold of. The web app is nice but if I can’t call and talk to the nurse or schedule an appointment I’ll go elsewhere. Context: called to set up an appointment.
