Dr. Mosley is awesome and his nurses are nice. However, My first appointment ever here because I am 22 with my first independent eye appointment. Everything went fine during my appointment besides that I was there for 2+ hours just to get a new prescription. I am back a few days later trying to get it filled, they have not opened the doors yet and it's 8:15am and online says they open at 8. I beg to differ. I tried calling multiple times and they have their phones off of course. I am struggling because I risked showing up to work late and I have to travel this weekend so I need my glasses.
Dr. Mosley is Excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and able to explain complex Medical conditions with ease. Thorough and an absolute pleasure to interact with. I doubt there's a better doctor in the southeast. In addition a very helpful, friendly and professional staff.
