Didn’t make me feel bad for accidentally running over my baby they were very helpful and the dr help as soon as he got there after I told him and asked him for help im so thankful for everything they are doing for my big boy
Dr Roberts is a wonderful vet and person! Let me start by telling you that I have a 90 lb wild Airedale terrier. He’s not only extremely excitable and energetic, he also likes to show his feelings and growls at almost everyone at the vets. Dr Roberts confidently knows exactly how to approach and talk too and deal with my boy. He’s kind to him, and me too…he never makes me feel bad or embarrassed about how Newton misbehaves. Dr Roberts is very knowledgeable and always spot on when something is wrong and knows how to fix it. I have a blue heeler and if you know anything about them, they are CRAZY!. My girl likes the vet here and he is so sweet with her! Bella will NEVER go anywhere else! Best veterinary care in Jasper. Explains everything to you and makes sure you understand whats going on with your pet! They really care about your babies, even the psycho ones like Bella
