Had a dental emergency when a young Marines braces wire popped off the bracket. They were able to work us into the schedule to get it fixed allowing the Marine to get back into his training.
When I moved to jville 3 years ago I started using this office for my teenage daughters dental needs and I'm so happy that I did. Up until this last visit 2 days ago she'd always been seen in the back where children are seen bc she was under 18. I never had a bad experience with them but in all honesty the ladies and the female dentist weren't rude but not what u expect from adults who are dealing with kids. The two ladies who sit behind the checkout desk seem to care more about talking to eachother than to the patient & their family. My children have been seeing Dr. Joley for over a year. She is amazing and so is her staff. They always make my children feel welcomed and comfortable. She listens to your concerns and does her best to accommodate each child. There is no judgement and I feel she enjoys seeing my children as much as they love her. All my children ages 2-12 have had procedures done and they went above and beyond each time. We have a family history of allergic reactions to certain medications and they took great care with each of my children. I would not go anywhere else and preferred Joley would treat my children instead of being outsourced and am so glad I did.
