This company was scheduled to do a warranty repair on my LG range. This all went very smoothly so I asked them to return to look at my Maytag washer. I thought the belt needed to be replaced, but it was several part orders and service visits later, to get it fixed. Both service guys were really nice. My only issue was during the final part needing to be replaced, they had several service people out during the next week so with all the back and forth, it took several weeks to get the washer running, which meant a couple of expensive trips to the laundromat. They did not charge me for the final part or installation so I think they were very fair. I would use them again.

I previously had my washing machine looked at by another company. The quote that place gave me was high in my opinion. I done some research and found the part I needed on my own. I then called quality for a price to install the part. The lady on the phone was super nice. She explained to me it might be middle of the following week before she could get me scheduled. I was fine with that. The technician called abt 30 min out to confirm the address and what was being done. Kyle was super nice and in no time he had my washer up and going again. I will def use them again .
