We recently completed construction of our dream home....a Southern farmhouse on our land. After years spent serving in the military and traveling all over the world we wanted to “land”. Sam build our home and we could not be happier. Sam was instrumental in helping us from figuring out how to place the house and road, to the more technical aspects of building. Even when we didn’t agree about something, Sam was always pleasant and receptive. When things did not go exactly as planned, he continued to insure that they were fixed to our satisfaction. He insisted on quality throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend him for any construction job. We recently moved into a Sam Almaroad Construction home that is 15 years old now, and we love it. It is a spec home, but the quality far surpasses any other spec home that I have lived in, or worked on even compared to the brand new home I had before. I would recommend his work to anyone looking for a remodel or a new home.
