“I hav nothing but good things to say about this company. I called at 9:30-10 AM regarding kitchen sink clog. An actual friendly human being answered the call and said they would be here between 11-2. Justin got here a little before 2 and had it cleaned out shortly thereafter. The charge was reasonable. I have been using another plumber who I know would have charged more. My sister recommended me to call Ellison the next time I needed a plumber. So glad I did! I would highly recommend them!“

“Chris and Steven arrived on time (I'm near Tillman's Corner), and fully repaired the leaky toilet-- even added a 2nd wax ring because Chris said the flange had been installed in the floor a little low (about 1/8 of an inch), and that only 1wax ring would risk it leaking again. “One of their workers accidentally shot a rock at my car window with their lawn mower which shattered the glass. Within a few hours Bay Landscaping had already had someone come inspect my glass and ordered a replacement. It took them slightly longer than expected to get it replaced due to there being a delay in the delivery of the new glass, so they even gave me a $50 visa gift card to make up for it. They were so kind and very fast at responding!“
