On January 7th2026, I went to UBREAKIFIX for a battery replacement on my Samsung S25 plus. Justin’s customer service and communication was top notch and my phone was repaired. The only complaint that I have is that at 3 pm I was told my phone was ready. Upon arrival to pick up my phone, I had to wait an extra hour to pick it up, this was no fault of the employees because there was a system issue. Other than that minor issue, I am very pleased with the service that I received from this store, and I will be coming here again if any other service needs arise.
Got me up and running with a data transfer and fixed a broken phone screen in order to make it happen at less than half the price of other competitors and they did it in half a day . The tech guy even stayed an hour and a half past quitting time to make sure i was taken care of!
