I LOVE Shirley’s!! They do an AMAZING job and have reasonable prices and are just precious people!!! The lady I sit with needs perms and I have taken her to several different places over the years I’ve cared for her and they all burned her hair but that all ended here!! Her perm is perfect EVERY time, as is the cut!! I will never go anywhere else!!Service: Shampoo & conditioning
