Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Hueytown, AL

I checked in online before my appointment to hold my place in the queue. I was greeted upon entry, and confirmed arrival at the kiosk. Only had a short wait before being called back for vitals, and to address my issue. Tests results were received quickly, and the doctor followed up and had me on my way. Facility was well maintained at both of my visits, and I wouldn't hesitate to schedule here again.

My experience at FastPace was awful. Im aware that people have different needs and some have issues that are more urgent than others, but the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. They only had 2 providers on site and people literally waited hours and hours to be seen. I was told upon arrival my wait time was about 2 hours or more. I opted to come back, and even when I did, it was still a 2 hour wait. The staff were very nice though and the facility was clean.

I wasn’t feeling to well and I was scheduled to leave to visit my grandchild in LA. I wanted to be safe so I decided to go to an Urgent care facility. I first went to a location in Fairfield only to stand at the window while the receptionist continue to do paperwork. Within a few minutes I was not greeted but I was ask “why was I there”I told her that I have a cough and maybe I can get a shot or something. Nothing else was said.
