WORST HOSPITAL EVER!! They didn’t feed my mom for over 24 hours and then sent her home in worst shape than what she was when admitted. My mom is now on a vent at Grandview. Brookwood is horrible and doesn’t care about their patients. My family will never go there again!
When you arrive at the place, the first obstacle you encounter are the receptionists, such unpleasant, arrogant, unethical people, and it is not the only time that has happened, we might think that they had a bad day, but all the time? They turn to look at each other communicating with gestures, but they do have a mouth because they don't say what's bothering them, ? what a horrible place it is, sometimes you put up with someone being sick ? the doctor never gave me a thorough checkup, she was in a hurry because We always have to put up with their bad temper and intolerance.
