It is a great place for all of your skin, body, and fragrance needs. The staff provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to help you find everything you need. They are nice and patient, offering recommendations for things like your signature fragrance.
Fantastic experience I had with Torin. She is the best hair colorist I have had and she charges a very reasonable price. She listened and asked good questions I never thought to ask . The consultation was so through she listened to my all needs and studied the photo of the color and highlights I wanted . Torin was very personable we had great conversations about DND, video games, pets that are in contests/ pageants. I didn’t think I could get the color style I wanted but she showed off her skills . My hair is very hard not to turn strawberry blonde. I will say she did a great job and! I was on vacation or I would go back to her for years to come .

I don’t wear much makeup but I do like to find one good lipstick and stick with it awhile. Yesterday I went to the Montgomery Highway Ulta location and was assisted by the kindest most patient associate named Joy. I tried no less than 12 different products and Joy ensured each one was carefully sanitized. When I got flustered overanalyzing options she gave me space and checked back in after helping others. She eventually led me to the perfect product and I love it so much. Thank you Joy for your kindness and patience.

I came into ULTA knowing absolutely nothing about makeup or beauty products and was shopping for my mom, which felt a little overwhelming. Ariel went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, explained everything in a way that made sense, and clearly knew her stuff. She took the time to ask questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or out of place. Because of her, I left confident that I was getting the right products. Outstanding customer service, ULTA is lucky to have her!
