I could not have asked for a better experience. I don’t live anywhere near this location but had to bring my truck here because the Firestone location near my home royally screwed up my balance and made it way worse than it was when I brought it in. Even after three tries, it was still terrible. This location has the needed road-force balance machine, so I brought it to them. Ryan and Ash handled everything and got my truck back on the road without any issues. I will be making the drive to this location for all future service. They truly do excellent work.
My husband and I met Ben at the Tuscaloosa store as well as Ryan. When we learned they would be moving to a different location we followed!!! You can not put a price on exceptional service. Benjamin is extremely knowledgeable, yet down to earth and just a kind human! Hard to find these days. We are thankful that we can trust we are receiving the best and accurate information to keep us running smoothly as well as safe!
I do not usually take the time to leave reviews. However, Ben provided an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. He was attentive to not only me, but I watched him treat every customer in that manner, taking the time to listen and make sure everyone felt heard and that the customer understood the work that is needed. It was also clear that he treats his employees with respect, creating a positive environment for both his team and customers. My interactions with Ben made the entire experience at Firestone feel trustworthy and genuine. Great service, great leadership, and someone I’d gladly do business with again.
