Mud Creek Veterinary Services is a trusted and highly recommended animal care provider. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and caring, treating everyone like family. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and features a large fenced area in the back for farm animals. The veterinarians, including Dr. Scott Elliott, are gentle yet urgent in their care, prioritizing the well-being of the animals. They are known for their honesty and transparency, avoiding unnecessary testing and procedures, which has saved many pet owners money. Pet owners appreciate the exceptional service and often drive from afar to bring their pets to this outstanding veterinary clinic. Although there may be a wait for new patient appointments, the clinic handles emergencies promptly, ensuring that all pets receive the attention they need.
While traveling from out of state our dog developed a condition on his tail that we couldn't identify. I walked into the (busy) office with no appointment, explained everything, and was in an exam room within minutes. Dr. Elliot was very thorough and explained his findings and course of treatment. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. The facility is kept immaculately clean. I Would give 10 stars if it was an option.
I couldn’t recommend Dr. Elliott and his staff enough. They are so polite, respectful, and just overall wonderful. Much more affordable than any vet around too. I will not use another vet unless I absolutely have to!
I cannot think Dr. Scott Elliott and his team enough for what they did for my boy Jaxs he broke his leg, and Dr. Elliott was very straightforward and suggested one of the best doctors and Huntsville he is the best in Jackson County and beyond I’m so appreciative of his veterinarian services thanks again, Conner
