Heat went out and during the winter storm, I made a phone call to Extreme and they told me over the phone to try something to see if it corrected my problem. I followed their instructions and sure enough it corrected my problem! Most companies would've come out so they could charge someone a ridiculous service charge to correct a problem which was solved within 5 minutes! Not Extreme, they truly care for the customer and are willing to help the people of their community in this time of economic struggle for many! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Had a leaking water pump in my AC unit, and a supervisor, Doyle Casey diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was polite, and even followed up to see if things were in working order. Anytime I have ANY issues with my AC or heating, these are the guys I'm calling.
