Harris Services is top-notch. Jimmy is very professional, got to the business very quickly, and fixed the problem. He is very affordable. He was right on time, quickly determined the problem, and replaced the broken part. He was at the house for less than an hour. Jimmy responded to a request for a service call for annual routine maintenance almost immediately and got on the calendar within two days. He was communicative and called when he was on the way. His price for the routine service appointment was reasonable, and he completed the service in a timely manner on a very hot day. The air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday night, and Jimmy answered the phone immediately, arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had the system up and running in about 30 minutes. It’s rare to find this level of responsiveness, especially on a weekend. Jimmy and his crew are affordable, efficient, and thorough. Extremely easy to work with and delivered excellent results. Jimmy came to fix my AC problem with a fast response and was very knowledgeable of what needed to be repaired. Turned out I needed a new capacitor. He had the part ready and replaced it within an hour and my AC was back to cooling down after just 1 day of being out. Price is very reasonable and he also offered a 5-year warranty on the part. We highly recommend and will use again!
