I've gone here for a long time for haircuts and have gotten relatively the same thing over time. Today I asked for a Three guard on the sides and to texture and thin the top and back. Despite letting my stylist know this a couple times I ended up with a Three guard to the sides and the back and getting an inch cut off from the top and no texture. I enjoy coming to this place and getting my hair cut here because it's local but I may not come to this location again

Keep all of this in mind:1. Haircut stylists here are paid hourly2. They have quotas to meet: haircut time (under 15 minutes I think), product sales, etc.3. If you want a certain style it's best to go elsewhere as they will take half of what you say and forget the rest. Example: you ask for a classic fade (start short at the neck then gradually increase towards top of head) 3 to a 4 then scissors on top. THEY WILL DO A 3 ALL OVER MAYBE TOWARDS THE TOP GO TO 3.5 THEN CUT MOST OF THE TOP. It's just what happens here in order to meet criteria.
