**Review Title: Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Service**

I would NOT recommend this company based on my recent experience. As someone new to the neighborhood, I noticed their truck and equipment at a neighbor's yard and decided to inquire about their services. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that made this experience frustrating.

When I approached an employee of the company, there was no mention of signing contracts or any formal procedures needed to be added to their servicing list. I have had to call and text multiple time to get quotes and responses from Shane. They were suppose to show up and do work the week of July 6th when I called then had to text for confirmation that we were good never responded and never showed up. I called he came by we went ove everything again. I needed a time and date. I’ve called and texted him. Haven’t heard from him since. Customer service is a waste of time. Go somewhere else.

They speed through the neighborhood going at least twice the 20mph limit, despite the fact that kids are home for quarantine and always playing outside. They don’t care about you or the safety of your family. Please don’t support these self-absorbed individuals.
