I recently had my Generac generator maintained by Electric Plus. An appointment was set up and their employees arrived at the designated time. Taylor was the lead technician. He was professional and very knowledgeable of my generator. I could tell Taylor took pride in his work because he wasn’t in a hurry. He took the time to do the maintenance process right; after installing new oil, he checked the level numerous times to ensure it was correct. After completing the maintenance, the employees wiped off any oil residue and removed trash and materials. I was very pleased with the work done and also the price, which I thought was fair.
