Our hot tub is brand new, and has had an issue with some of the jets not working properly since new. The company that sold it to us has put off working on it since May. They finally called Jerry in to do the work. Jerry was punctual and extremely knowledgeable with how to repair our issue. He went direct to the problem (kinked lines from the factory) and fixed them within 10 minutes.He was very easy to talk with and even went further making suggestions and offering tips and tricks on how to make our hot tub ownership easier and more enjoyable. A week ago Jerry came by to get my system up and running after a year of sitting. Had it cleaned and running in a couple of hours with a small repair due to frozen water in the line's. Cost very reasonable. .
