I bought a HP laptop from Costco about 3 years ago and I had tried HP Customer service that I paid for and they were not able to help. I started looking for a repair shop online and saw the 5 star comments and decided to try Mr. Hinely. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my computer without a hitch. He is extremely honest, professional and knowledgeable. I learned more about my computer from him than the manufacturer and will gladly use his service and highly recommend him. He is quite reasonable as well with the cost. I am extremely pleased and very thankful for his expertise!
