What should have only taken 30 minutes took over 2 hours and she made the process as painless as she could. She was gentle and kept checking on me when I was having some discomfort. “Five years ago I left a petty review below. I decided to delete the technicians name and update to five stars. Looking back on this, I should have taken a break from wearing eyelashes. You have to let your eyelids breathe! And maybe it was on me. And I shouldn’t have never put the technician name in the review. So here’s 5 stars, my sincerest and deepest apologies! I hope that technician is still there and THRIVING and is doing well!

I got my lashes done on the 21st. One day later the front corner of my lashes fell off on my right eye. I went three times. My final time going the master technician did my lashes and she did a great job correcting the issue. The next day they stayed on but today, fifth day, all my lashes came off on the right eye, I woke up with my eye swollen. My left eye is fine but the right eye is itchy because the lashes must have been applied to close to the root of my eye lid this time. I’ve experienced pain and irritation, while they were applied by a technician there were a few times that my lashes hurt while she was putting them on and I didn’t say anything, y’all need to retrain her. You don’t put lashes on too close to somebodies eye lid, because they itch like Hell, and I didn’t stratch and still woke up with them all over my face!! I don’t know if it was the glue, lashes, or what, but I could have done a better job if I knew how to do my own! I hear this place can’t keep people, but the whole staff needs to be retrained and learn to have passion with beautifying eyes!

Five days in a row and still walking around with one eye done and eye bald!!!!! I would not recommend! I only went here because Society Salon was crazy booked after shops opened back up due to Covid-19 and I couldn’t book with my regular lash tech. And I had only gone there twice once covid-19 hit.“
