Well, let me start off by saying the nurses and doctors were very polite. I have been a patient here for a while, even before they moved to this building. But I have been trying to get some medical stuff done, and getting nurses or the doctor to respond or call back is horrible and unacceptable.I do understand that there is a transitioning going on but thats still no excuse to not calling your patients back to let them know what are the next steps . I miss Brigitte Fox

My momma & I both go here, everything had been going great but I've been calling on & off almost daily for 3 weeks & get a busy signal everytime I call. How are we supposed to get care from our dr if there's noone going to answer the phone??

I love everyone at Capshaw Family Care. Everyone from the front office, nurses, and providers are exceptional. They are all so sweet and kind and provide the most excellent care. You can usually get a same day sick appointment and they are very thorough.
