Noelle, Jenny and Jody's customer service is wonderful. Price points are high but very worth it (when it comes to hair you get what you pay for) I love coming in and getting served a glass of wine (or sparkling water) with my hair cut!

I recently moved to Huntsville and a friend recommended Elleven Salon. I called for an appointment and was asked to come in for a free consultation. I met with Jenny and she is amazing. We talked about what I wanted done and my concerns. She asked me what difficulties I have with my hair and we talked in depth about how I wanted my hair to look. Right at the end of the consultation she asked me to tell her the main thing I wanted her to accomplish at my appointment and I told her. Can I just say wow. After a really bad cut and color from another local salon, I got online on the Redkin site and found Elleven Salon. I called and told the receptionist my situation and was offered a consultation with Noelle (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly). I came in and from the very start I could tell Noelle was very hair educated and understood my exact needs. Noelle was able to get me in later that same week. I needed some serious correction. The cut and color Noelle gave me is honestly the best I've ever had in my life ever. I have gotten nothing but compliments on my hair since leaving the salon.
