Jaime Vallejo came out and did the estimate and he was extremely professional, helpful, upbeat and personable! He also came out the day before to clarify with my husband the yard placement and the number of gates needed. We really appreciated this extra detail. Jaime is a MVP! The office staff was always eager to help whenever I called and were polite and friendly. I had no issues with them taking my initial deposit over the phone and they were very informative about the timeline and how long the job would take. The crew that came out did a fantastic job placing the posts according to what was discussed as far as placement in the yard. All the wood posts were straight/level in the quick-concrete. They came back the next day and quickly put up all the other boards and gates...I was amazed at how efficient they were...you could definitely tell it was not their first rodeo! Beotis, who seemed to be the lead, made sure I looked over everything and that it was all to my liking! Let me tell you...well worth the money. It looks fabulous and I am super happy with it, my husband, as well! Can't wait to get our new patio furniture and enjoy the lovely enclosed yard that we now have.
