I highly recommend this guy right here. He comes at you with a training experience like no other. So much so that I won’t explain but rather ask you give him 3 months and see if your not sold. As someone who has had a personal trainer before this is no comparison. The results will speak for themselves as long as you stay true to what he says. No belittling but a gentle push in the right direction. I am forever grateful that I meant this man and the impact he has had on my life in and out of the gym.

He has been so awesome for my 14 year old. She looks forward to training days. She loves that he’s real with her, yet respectful. His training has been one of the best things we have found for her health yet. He is making her strong, and he boosts her confidence every week. He is golden, in our eyes.
