Repaired my washer and looked at my drier which was in worse shape than I thought (it wasn't drying properly). Al showed me clogged vents and a nest in my outside vent and cleaned it. He showed my scorched lint that could have caught on fire that I never thought of. All of this step by step with me watching which made me feel better about the whole experience. He even checked and cleaned my refrigerator vents which were in bad shape. He stuck to his original price too. The drier and fridge were added at my request and he stayed that day to do the extra service. I highly recommend his services. He his a fair priced and honest guy.
