The team at Elaine Roberts was simply awesome to work. They listened to my wants and desires along the way, they made adjustments on the fly as requested, they were way more affordable and offered more value in the final package when compared to others. They seem to a smaller team that has a high attention to detail, with this comes time, They are not the fastest but one of the best.One of the best things i loved is the 3-d renderings and video walk arounds of the house.
My husband and I wanted to build a Barndominium type home. We had looked at many designs and found a plan that was close to what we thought we wanted. We reached out to Elaine Roberts Drafters & Designers. We had our initial phone call with Christy Parker from Elaine Roberts Drafters and Designers on 10/24/2022. We discussed our plan and modifications that would need to be made. We were presented with our contract and a scheduled time frame to bring the final drawings and plans to fruition. Christy guaranteed that they could have this project completed and to us by the end of November 2022. Approximately 30 days!
