Revive Medical Center in Haleyville, AL is an urgent care and primary care facility. The entire staff is amazing, very personable, and compassionate. They take time to listen and explain everything, even when busy. Many patients report pleasant and empathetic experiences, feeling their concerns are valid. The wait times are never long and are not bad. The center provides correct treatment and is thorough. It is described as the best thing to have ever happened in health care in Haleyville. However, some note issues with medications not being sent to the correct pharmacy and delays in callbacks. While walk-ins are accepted, this can sometimes affect appointment availability. The facility also has an in-house diagnostic laboratory and X-rays.
Idk what his name is, but I had the ginger curly haired guy with pink scrubs. He was very pleasant and gave me the correct treatment and was very empathetic about my concerns with COVID-19 due to trauma surrounding it. I felt so silly getting emotional, but he made me feel valid with my concerns. Probably the best experience I could’ve had seeing as it was my first time going to a doctor on my own!
The rest of the staff I encountered were nice too. The wait time wasn’t bad and they were very understanding of me being new to all of this. I will for sure continue to use Revive for the rest of the time I live around here! ❤️
I use to see Dr Traylor, I say use to bc now u can't get a appt with her. And what is the point of making an appt if walk ins take priority? Don't get me wrong if they are very sick I can understand but is ridiculous! Definitely finding another dr!
Honestly the best thing to have ever happened in health care here in Haleyville. The entire staff is amazing. The wait times are never long. They are all compassionate and thorough. 1000% will continue to turn to them for our health care.
