they always go above and beyond!! they stayed after hours to perform a life saving surgery on my kitty, and they are very transparent every step of the way. Dr. Bell and the rest of the staff are always very compassionate, helpful and kind!! ??
Very courteous and kind people. I'm always forgetting names but Dr Bell always has the kindest, sweetest people working for her that are very gentle with your animals. They aren't judgmental and seem willing to keep costs down if you don't have a lot of money for the care needed. if your animals health means more than money, I can fully support them... just remember, they have to make a living also so pay your bills. Try to either have pet insurance or CareCredit to help with this as they want to help you but when too many people don't pay the bill, people like this go out of business.
Dr. Bell is the very best! She takes time to get to know you and takes the very best care of your pet. She has given me advice on puppy training that ended up working just like she said and also tips on what / treats are best for my bread. I strongly recommend that you seek her out for all of your pets needs.
