“I had a GREAT experience here today getting my haircut “fixed” (I had gone to a cheap haircut spot and didn’t have the best experience so we looked up nearby salons and found Cuts by Us) and we walked in and explained what I was looking for and Kara immediately understood what I wanted corrected and she salvaged my botched haircut in about 10 minutes and was wonderful!
