5 stars, Ian was awesome. Fixed plumbing issues within an hour, arrived quickly and was very prompt with his work.He also made me aware of the causes for my issues and educated me. Rather than leave after the job was done, he let me know what the source of the issue was and laid out many options for the future.I'm beyond satisfied with his service and Roto Rooter. Will be using them for any and all plumbing issues going forward.

Roto Rooter has been our plumber of choice for years. Their work carries a one year warranty and it is always done right the first time.
