Raymond did not do the work I asked so I fired him before he could finish the work I had already paid him. He is not returning my payment for he work he is not doing or my phone calls. He has sent over multiple invoices where he plays with the figures to try and justify not refunding me. This is not a ethical company/man, DO NOT USE HIM!Service: General construction
