When our condo association is your client, a nice attitude and helpful information goes a long way. I had two questions about our insurance assessment, why we were charged for a three bedroom when we have two and why was the assessment taken out of our account the first part of January rather than the first part of February. The person I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. She immediately became aggressive with her explanation and tried to talk over me when I was talking. I will admit, when I got attitude, I gave it back but with a little courtesy it would have never gotten to that point. I definitely would not recommend this business.

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would. Extremely unprofessional employees. When facing customer questions, aggressive defensiveness is never the right way to go. Employees need to be trained on how to properly listen to customer concerns/complaints without hanging up the phone. If you do not know the answer to our question or do not know how to do your job, that is absolutely fine- just say that to save everyone the headache. This is especially crucial since you can no longer come into the office to make a payment or talk to anyone, which in and of it’s self makes the entire situation feel like a scam. Extremely rude AND not helpful at all. Will not return calls or emails. I see why they have such a low rating. I sell real estate and feel sorry for those condo owners and other agents that have to deal with them to get information about their properties.
