6 out of 5 stars!!!! AHS contacted them when the fan on my outside unit quit. The owner of the co came out himself to diagnose and fix the problem. AHS wanted us to wait 36 business hours before they would authorize the repair. This was on the Friday before Memorial Day. Robert’s Air Conditioning and myself were not having any of it. They replaced the Fan motor and the Relay for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. AHS, stay away from them, useless home warranty co.
