Our listing has had a perfect 5-star rating in the first 6 months of being opened. That could not have happened without the partnership we have with “Goin Coastal”! If we have any issues we identify them and the team addresses them promptly. As a new Short term rental investor I could not have gained the needed confidence without their support! I have a full time job and they manage through an app so I don’t have to plan anything, even better! The folks at Goin Coastal are GREAT! They are very organized and provided great communication for my beach house cleaning! They’re always very reliable and on time for amazing quality turnovers!They also offer guests a low-priced beach service or canopies and chairs! My guests love it! They are a go-to company for any beach house rental in the Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan area!
