The staff is always friendly and helpful, if there is a problem. We have traveled to the Gulf Shores area for the past 11 winters and always keep the vehicle clean. This year, there was a problem with the scanner recognizing my sticker. Cade came out to see what I needed, opened the gate to let me in and corrected the problem while my truck was being washed.

My car still had some soap on it and it wasn't cleaned very well. I had sap on my car when I went to get it washed and had sap residual on it when I came out of the car wash. I noticed it when I got home and I should have went back to have it rewashed but I did not. I was very disappointed because I've been to this car wash many times and it always did a good job.

I always go here when we stay in Gulf Shores. Like everything else it seems to be going downhill. Pretty good wash though. Average prices. Great for getting the salt spray off your paint after parking near the beach.
