Ammending my original post. After they realized what happened they were very helpful, refunded my money and shipped my clothes to me.
I took my clothes here the week before July 4. I specifically asked if they would be open Friday July 3rd so that I could pick up my clothes and I was told yes. But today I went and no, they are closed!! Now I am leaving town and I can’t get my clothes! Ugh!!!
I just wanna let y'all know that I went to the store in Gulf shores and the lady miss Patty works there. She's awesome customer service. Very good attitude, sweet lady. My clothes was excellent. I will come back.
I was greeted very warmly at the door by Ms. Patty and was taken care of very well. I have been using this location for all of my dry cleaning needs all thanks to great fast service. ????
